The Tokei gym has a full range of cardio machines, resistance machines, free weights and other
equipment for various exercises and free space for mat or body exercises.
The gym is open every day to people of all abilities, from the beginner to the more
experienced. No need to book - unless you would like an induction on the machines to show you what to do!
If you are not a full member that's ok, you can still use the gym as a day member. See you there!

Double handed medecine balls and kettle bells are amongst the innovative equipment available at the Tokei Fitness Centre.
Resistance machines are weight machines which are designed to help strengthen specific muscle groups. They are ideal for beginners and those with
injuries in the early to mid-stages as the machines are easier to control than free weights.
A large range of free weights such as barbells and dumbbells are available.
Free weights require the full use of stabilising muscles whilst exercising with them and utilise a more natural movement.
