At the Tokei, its a mixture of circuit exercises and pad striking martial arts training. You will learn striking techniques; kicking, punching, elbow and knee strikes whilst getting fit,
allowing you to work out everyday aggressions and unleash your inner Bruce Lee in a safe, fun and friendly environment!
Tuesdays class: This class is more of cardio circuit type class focusing on your stamina and fitness.
Thursdays class: This class concentrates more on technique and there is a bit more contact involved.
Ability : Builds fitness and strength. Improves self confidence. Good for balance and flexibility.
Winston is a JKD qualified Thai and Kickboxing instructor and has over 25 years of experience teaching.
He holds seven championship belts, including two European title belts. He is one of the newest instructors that has joined
the family and has become a very popular figure and the club.
